Conditions for Home Deliveries and Delivery Service - PRELIS

PRELIS is committed to providing an effective and hassle-free delivery service to our valued customers. The following conditions apply to our home delivery service and delivery service in general:

  1. Home Delivery Request:
    When placing an online order, the customer must select the Platform Truck Delivery service option. You will be informed of the cost of the Home Delivery service when making the purchase.

  2. Deadline:
    All deliveries of items in stock are guaranteed to be dispatched within 2-4 days after payment confirmation and delivery within 5-8 days for standard mode.

  3. Delivery Methods:
    We offer different delivery modes to meet our customers' needs, including standard delivery, next day delivery and express delivery.

  4. Delivery Areas:
    We carry out home deliveries in mainland Portugal and the islands, with the possibility of collection in Leiria.

  5. Store Collection:
    Customers can choose to collect their orders free of charge at our Collection Point in Leiria, upon indication and scheduling of collection.

  6. Payment Modes:
    Exclusively when purchasing online at www.prelis.pt .

  7. Service Request:
    a) When placing an order online, the customer must request the Delivery service.
    b) The customer will be informed, when making their purchase, of the cost of the Delivery service according to the address and weight.
    c) The customer must provide all useful information for PRELIS to ensure the good provision of the service, including name, delivery address, contact, among other pertinent data.
    d) According to the address indicated at the time of ordering, PRELIS defines the appropriate procedures and transport for the good provision of the service.
    e) When placing an order online from abroad, the customer can request delivery in Portugal.

  8. Order Delivery Conditions:
    a) Orders placed through the PRELIS online store are placed by our own fleet or carrier.
    b) The merchandise must be checked by the customer at the time of delivery and in the presence of the operator/transporter.
    c) Any claim of non-conformity must be made by the customer at the time of delivery.
    d) Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, unless stock is out of stock.
    e) Deliveries are made on the ground floor at the main door access of the address indicated for delivery.
    f) Upon delivery, the order will be checked using the transport note, which must be signed by the customer.
    g) In the event of an incident, it must be recorded on the transport note and signed by the customer.
    h) Any complaint, after confirmation of the good condition of the merchandise by the customer, will be subject to analysis by PRELIS.
    i) If the customer does not receive the order due to absence, an incident will be generated and a new shipping cost will be charged, if any. PRELIS will contact the customer to notify what has happened.

  9. Forum:
    a) The Leiria district court is competent to resolve any issue arising from the contractual conditions.
